Please use the standard Google layout for the hour picker again (two rows from 0 - 12 - 23). It is really weired if one app does it differently.

As new development will happen here, I currently don't plan to go back. Having the 0-24 dial might be weird at first but it's really not that big of an issue in my opinion.

This is the reasoning from Google why they made the change:
Hi hrach, we moved to a single ring design to prioritize a11y considerations for a minimum touch target. In addition, to account for responsive ranges, the dual ring proved to be problematic at smaller viewport sizes when the ring begins to constrict. So this simplified design is more resilient, but noted that it may be unfamiliar.
