Quota for tasks and additional hourly rates

First of all thanks for this great App!

It would be great to have the opportunity combine the existing billing options, meaning to set a task with a lump sum for a maximum amount of time (quota) per year/week/month,... and additionaly an hourly rate for the working time exceeding the time quota.

I think this kind of extends or could be combinated to request @134-budget-tracking (alert before/when changing calculation from lump sum to hourly rate)

Agree.
Example: $500 for 0-8 hours of work. Then $100/hr beyond 8 hours (overtime rate). This allows to only stop and start once (i.e. When using geofencing)
