add TAG with minimum Time of x Min. for adjust Time

Please add an option for minimum time for TAGs.
This is necessary for work that is charged with at least x minutes.
Currently you can define the time only fixed to x min. If you do this and always assign the TAG to a task, it can happen that when the x min. is exceeded, you forget to remove the TAG. Then the wrong time is calculated. Likewise one can forget to add the TAG, if the TAG must be added later manually.

You could use the working time rounding tags if you want to have e.g. minimum 15 min work time

No, thats not possible, dueto i round to 15 min. after first full hour.
So a TAG with minimum time calculated would solve that.

I am hesitant to add features that are only being asked for by a single user so I will wait until more users ask for this. Hope you understand.
