WorkingHours and SubTotal do not reflect the same $ amounts

WorkingHours version: 2.8.3.0
OS + version: Windows 10

I have spent the day looking for a simple hourly project timer and a simple invoice interface. I do data entry for someone and want to bill to the minute. This is the problem I am having (and please forgive me if this issue has already been addressed. I looked for a post for this but did not find one).

I start the timer in WorkingHours and then stop it: (This is just a sample)

Then I go to Export so I can invoice to SubTotal based on that time and dollar amount:

After I click on "Create Invoice," it takes me to the SubTotal app. My problem is that the $ amount that I am billing for in WorkingHours does not reflect the same amount on the invoice in SubTotal:

Have I configured the software incorrectly? I spent a long time looking for an app that would time me and invoice based on that time. I found two but they are no longer supported and you can't buy them after the trial period ends. I don't want to use the other apps that are out there as they are browser based and I want something that is just local to my system.

The reason for this is that SubTotal is rounding the quantity to 2 decimals, that's where the precision is lost. I don't know if I want to change this as I don't think most users would want to have too many decimals show up in their invoice in the "quantity" column.
You can still bill to the minute: one minute is a 1/60th of an hour and with 2 decimals, the invoice can still even represent 1/100th of an hour. But you can not bill by the second, it would be rounded up or down to the next 1/100th of an hour
